Depends on how you do the lease but the general rule is if it's behind a wall or under the floor it is the landlords problem. If you can see it or feel it then it's yours
if i bought a hostel business, and was renting the building, who maintains the building? plumbing, electric etc...
this would be on the landlord, ye?
i know this is the case with residential property... is this the norm with the likes of a hostel... where i can only assume something like showers can pack in allot of the time...
