water consumption

heyhey hostel owners,

me and my friends will open a hostel in leipzig (east germany) soon. we'll start with around 35 beds, but we'll extend to ca. 60 beds.
as we still have to do the sanitary installation, the question of water consumption rises! what are your experience? how high is the water consumption monthly?

Currently my 50 bed hostel, which operates on average at 65% of capacity, have a consuption of 4m3 per day (4000 liters).
