What is the biggest hostel in the world?

Danhostel Copenhagen City is listed as having 1020 beds (hostels.com). But is not getting goods reviews! Just one example:-
I was appauled by virtually everything Danhostel had to offer. On arriving we had to wait at the desk for over 25min whilst only two reception staff (it was only 1 in reality as the other was making social calls on the telephone) checked us in. Even though there were 3 groups waiting to check-in there was no urgency to move things along by the staff member. Following check-in I ordered 2 paninis from the restaurant and was given the wrong sandwiches - I would have understood had the barmaid been stressed out but I was the only one at the bar ordering and it was not busy! She then apologised and found the correct paninis before proceeding to burn them both to charcoal. She even had the cheek to ask for the full cost! I said I was not willing to pay for them both as she had made a mistake twice and also kept us waiting. My initial impressions of the room were that they were very clean, however on looking harder I noticed mess/rubbish on the floor. To top it off I ended up getting bitten from bedbugs. My friends and I are currently covered in red bites/lumps. This is totally unacceptable. I would have liked to pursue this further whilst I was staying and speak with the Hostel Manager however I could never find anyone free to speak with and was not willing to wait 25mins at the reception queue! We come to Copenhagen every August however Danhostel Copenhagen City will not be seeing me or my 10 friends ever again. PS - I read some reviews before coming to your hotel and even though some were negative (like mine) i thought Danhostel could not be as bad as they made out. It turns out everything was true..... Even the bedbugs!!!!
