What Are the Oldest Hostels in the World?

After seeing that the oldest hostel in Scotland is up for sale and was started in 1931, I became curious about what other old hostels might still be running.

Here's an interesting hostel in Austria that was opened in 1985 but that has an older history:

Altena Castle (Jugendherberge Burg Altena) must be the oldest, since Richard Schirrmann started it in 1912.

Does anyone know the names of some other very old hostels that are still in operation?
