I noticed that many hostels do not have friends on gacebook but just a funs , is it necessity to have just funs or it is all right to have a friends as well , even among the custommers who used to stay in the hostel ?

I am going to assume that by funs you mean fans.....
So to have your customers as friends of your hostel on facebook you would need to setup your hostels as a fake person. It is a great way to communicate with people but is against facebook policy and they will shut down your page so all your hard work goes away.
A fan page is the correct way to go and just a useful. If you have both running i would suggest all friends become fans and concentrate on your fan page alone.

The facebook page is among the noticeble pages , so facebook is getting more and more marketing thing.

What if another hostels sujest my hostel to be their fan.
I am willingly am a fan of best Europe hostels , or world top hostels , just because it is even prestigious to know them.
But for example to be the fan of hostels in neighbors country , the hostels from where the custommers probably will go to my place ?
Or to be the fan of hostels in my cities ?
what about this ? is this discredit my image ?

What about joining organizations ?
Or just to show up whatever possibile that more and more people would see the name of my hostel , and later when there will be opportunity to stay in my last , they will just go to me instead of another place.
