Workaway Frozen Profile

I have been contacted by workaway about my profile being too work like. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My profile isn't any different than most listed for hostels with the basic hostel duties listed. I feel like I have been targeted. The workwaway rep offers little to know explanation and brushes my emails for days without a response. Im trying to do the right thing here but if your going to hold up a standard, than hold everyone to that same standard. Its not right to single out one hostel and not another.
