New (small) hostel in Porto, Grand Opening in June, suggestions and ideas appreciated

I've actually been selected as the manager for the new hostel in Porto, Portugal. I am very, very excited to take this on as I love travel and meeting travelers. I relish this opportunity to provided a spot for them all to meet.
I have tons of experience in hostel operations, but this is my first management role. Because of this, I'm listing things below that I'm considering implementing, I'm hoping for constructive criticism and/or other ideas to expand my options for certain areas.

Right now, I am brainstorming for software to use for the hostel. It is a small 28 bed hostel, but will have two common rooms, the second, larger one will have a entertainment area for broadcasting sporting events and organizing movie nights with guests.

The three types of software I'm looking for are
1. Booking software. I like hostlebookers, it costs around 300 something euors but seems to work fluidly with the online booking engines.
2. Accounting software. MS Money is good, but any others you would recommend?
3. Internet ticket system. The WiFi is free, but two consoles will be pay per use. I want a system that can distribute tickets for 15, 30 and 1 hour intervals. What's out there?

I have a million other things as well, but I want to see where this goes first.

Obviously, flier exchanges are a nice bonus for all hostels, so let me know if you are interested.
