I do not know where to start, when looking for property. Do i look for apartment buildings? and have to convert them, or do I look for current hostels or hotels that are for sale? Which is the cheapest but most effective for traffic flow and hostel usage?

Hi,

I am thinking about opening up a hostel in Sydney, how can I find zoning laws, when opening up a hostel, what do people buy an apartment building or large house?

With zoning is it in a residential zoned area that is legal or is it a business? How do I find this information, i have been on government sites and am completely lost when it comes to how to find a place to buy.

Didn't you ask basically the same thing in another thread you started just days ago? I'm sure someone will answer you shortly.
