Do you have an anti belligerence policy?

Our collectively run hostel recently stayed a guest who was seemingly under the influence of alcohol and frightened some guests with loud and belligerent behavior.

We are trying to come up with a fair substance/anti-belligerence policy and would like some suggestions.
