Opening a Hostel-Financial Plan

Hello,

I am interested in starting a hostel in Atlanta, GA in the U.S. I have started a business plan, but have hit a block when it comes to the financial plan section. Would anyone be able to give advice on how they opened their hostel especially when it comes to financing/loans/investors/capital?
