PFsense

I'd like to suggest people here to use PFsense.

PFsense is a free software router based on Linux, meaning you take a old computer that can even be a P3, put more network cards in it and use it as a router.

It have several options that make it very good for us-
1. Optional paid support. (when the shit hit's the fan)
2. Dual WAN - you can connect two (or more) internet connections from several providers and on different infrastructure so even if one go's dead, you still have internet.
3. you can create several isolated networks, one for the guests, one for the office and more, this will protect the office's privet network.
4. lot's of options for "Traffic shaping" like limiting the rate of a network or blocking types of traffic. In my case I limited the rate of the free WiFi so people will not download video's using uTorrent.
5. Captive portal - give you a way to implement a ticketing system to charge guest's, limit usage and more.

And did I say FREE :)
