We will build a high quality hostel from the beginning, we accept ideas

Hello,

We are going to build from beginning a hostel in Portugal.
We have land and we can have between 20 to 24 bedrooms. Two are dorms and the rest are doubles and / or up to 4 people with a design based on the monuments and things typical of our city and region.
The aim is to make a hostel with low-cost prices, but with services and facilities of high quality.
We will have beyond the spaces of the rooms, about 300 sqm to interior public spaces.
At this time we thought of a movie theater, a games room, a library, a gym, a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, a private dining area, a private space for rent to groups or companies with meals if necessary.
We will also have an interior space outdoors with about 100 sqm where the courtyard will be and where we have a small pool and a few more things.
We would like you to suggest ideas for other places, ideas for services, ideas for outdoor space, anything you would like to find in a hostel or hotel, but with low prices.
