Hi uktrail, I have some good ideas on running a hostel, but I want to run a place in Rio de Janeiro... a little further a field, but lots of potential there. Im from London and have a decent amount of funds, but not enough to really get it going. Too far away?

I'm beginning my search for a small Hostel as well.. I'm looking for one in France.. It would be great if you could stay in touch with me on your efforts.. Perhaps we could have two small Hostels across the street from each other :) - kinda like car dealerships ..
