Looking for a partner to start/buy a hostel in Brazil (Nordeste, Amazonas, MG, RJ)

Hello,

I'm looking to start/buy a hostel/pousada in Brazil. Initially thinking of doing it on my own and buying an up and running business but the reality is I don't have the money to put on it - only enough to commit on it... Therefore looking for a partner to start a new place or buy an up and running business that we can improve/expand together. H/she would manage the place with me or invest in it if moving is not in the cards. At the moment I'm looking into Nordeste, Amazonas or Minas Gerais - Mata Atlantica and RJ, but flexible if you can make a case for it. No experience in this business I'm afraid, but been involved in management most of my life and managing a tour operator for the last 5 years. More importantly lost of good sense, ideas and energy. I really want to make this happen sooner rather than later. Drop me a line if interested.

Hey Monica,
I recently sent you an email in response to the on you sent me but would definately like to discuss further with you. I will be in Rio on April 9and I am ready to begin the pursuit of a current up and running hostel or to find a new property and start on my own. Most likely I will work in an already functioning hostel to gain some experience first hand of what it takes to run a hostel and to subsidize living expensives. Although I will be in Rio I believe I will ultimately end up in Recife, Fortaleza, Natal etc. Let me know what your current plans are so we can evaluate the possibility of working together.
