Daily life of an hostel owner

Hi again everyone

i'm interested in starting a hostel but i've never worked in one before, so I'm trying to get a hold on the daily life of an hostel owner. Let's say for a 30-something beds hostel, what needs to be done daily to operate it?

- welcoming guests
- tracking reservations
- cleaning
- making beds
- accounting
- marketing (website, social media, etc.)
- ???

How time-consuming are these tasks ? I'm guessing i'd need 1-2 part time employees for night/weekends shift maybe, but maybe not ?

well, maybe I could have searched the forum a little better. For those interested by this topic, here's what I found
