Albanian hostel needs a manager and/or partner

Manager and/or business partner needed.
I have been working in partnership with Florian a local Albanian guest house owner to set up a backpackers in Shkoder.
The hostel is now fully operational and at time of posting has a 95% rating on hostel world.
I will be leaving shortly to take up a job in China so he will be seeking a new partner/manager and/or some long term volunteers to run the hostel over the winter period.
The hostel has 20 dorm beds and a private room and so is ideal for someone who has some experience working in a hostel but would like to try full time management or partnership.
I have attached two word documents, one showing duties which I used to organize myself and volunteers and the second showing costs and why this is a low risk option as a starter hostel.
I expect Florian to formally post a request himself shortly and have posted this in order to give people an idea of what to expect based on my own experience.
