Athens, Greece is the best place to invest for a hostel.
In the whole city there are 12 hostels and only 2 of them are decent.
The nightlife of Athens is the best in Europe......everything stays open untill the morning and the streets are fully crowded after midnight.

Its in a very cool studen area in the city center, surrounded by bars, cafes, clubs, museums, and very close to 2 stops of metro.

I think its a great deal for someone that wants to open a hostel.
