Bedding and Pillow quality and suppliers

Hi we have a hostel in Scotland and opened our hostel on a limited budget and now find ourselves having to replace our single duvets and pillows.  We are looking for any advice from other hostel owners as to what quality we should buy for example when researching for pillows you can buy budget pillows from £4 to buying hotel quality pillows at £40! So any advice as to which ones to buy would be grateful.  Thanks
