We recently did a two-part, in-depth blog post on Guest Screening. Both of these generated a lot of feedback, both here on Hostel Management and on our Facebook group. This is a very tricky topic, with a lot of considerations, and we wanted to encourage further discussion. To aid in this, we hosted an online roundtable chat with several participants.
It was a chance to discuss specific points of the topic, as well as some bigger questions such as “Is it the right of a business to decide the nature and character of their business?” and “How do we work to be inclusive without being detrimental to the nature of the business?”
