Code Help for Communal Kitchen

Hi All-

Looking for what zoing/permit other hostels specifically in the United States used for their liscense/permits. Doing research as I'm hitting a bump in the kitchen and having it being able to be under a hotel liscense- but want to avoid rooming house.

I can bring other code to the City of MIlwaukee and show them how the kitchen is coded in other states/cities- what did your hostel get permited under and liscense?

The codes are commonely found on the websites- so I can do the research from there and bring them to the plan examiners working on our plans right now.
