After having 2 hostels one in Santa Marta Colombia calling Carroll's hostel ( selling this now calling Calle 11 hostel) and other in Medellin Colombia calling Apartahostel Medellin (stolen by one of my partner my uncle now he called the place hostel ferjaz) I bought a land (1 hectarea forest) in San Luis Antioquia 2 and half hour from Medellin Colombia and I builded a little cabin, now I'm planning
make a Spanish school there where people could learn Spanish in the middle of the jungle but close to the city in the same way, in the land also live a beautiful titi monkey and anteater families, different eagle and birds.
I'm still working on this and I'm looking for someone that would like to be my partner and shared my dreams I would like that my partner buy of me half of the property and we continuing building together the rest of the project. Thank you for the suggestion. Well this is something about one of my thousands experience running my own hostels and for me is important to be completely honest with the person that perhaps could be interesting in be my partner, in the end my partner have to know everything about me, I'm not looking just for some one that come here put your money and then go, I'm looking for someone that could be active here in Colombia
Now I have the experience in all of the matters in this 7 years working in hostels so I can't handle with differents situation I have amazing experience as well with other partners that is the reason I'm looking for someone. I think depends how the people read my post perhaps some people get scare because i show them that this things can happen but in the same way I try to say people I did my projects before I sell one, I have problems with the other because bad people but right now I'm doing a new one that is even beger that others.
