New Hostel. Financial Plan created and looking for partners

Hi Everyone! 

Over the last few months I have been working on a plan to open my own hostel in Split, Croatia.

I have made significant progress by making the financial plan (I am an accountant), hiring an architect to make the hostel design (existing building already found in Split) and am in the process of putting together the business plan. I have also done the valuation of the plan and created a Power BI dashboard for investors.
