We are looing for 10 Investors to expand our existing hostel in Mexico City. The building and permits have been secured for a new location in the Historic Zocalo area. Target open date is December of 2010. 3-year Historical data and a 5-year proforma have been prepared.

We are seeking to raise $500,000 USD before November of this year. A $5,000 USD commitment is required before August 1, 2010. We have identified both "standard" and "green" investments oppportunities.

We are offering investment packages in the amount of $50,000 USD. Investors will see a return of investment within 3-years and a return on investment of $25,000 USD with in 5-years + 1% stock in the business.
