Any good PMS that work with MyAllocator?

Im currently using a software that has had a ton of kinks and is costing us a ton of time. They are working through the kinks and fixing things but I think it might be time to switch it up. We are coming into a huge season and will be crushed if we don't have a good software with all the features we need. Is there anything else out there that you can recommend? I know there is a whole thread on PMS but no one has added to it in a while. It also seems that most of the post on there are coming directly from the salesman of the PMS..
Things that annoy me about current system.

1. No way to run a monthly sales report. This should be the first thing a pms should have. How am I supposed to pay sales tax when I have to manually add up every sale?

2. No way to edit payments or extras. Example, the other day I rang in the wrong beer. There is so way to edit this transaction. No the books are all messed up. We have different sales tax rates for lodging and alcohol sales, so I can't just give him a discount.

3. No confirmation letter. It just says "Thanks for booking with us". People expect to see the amount they paid, their dates of stay, ect. It does just about nothing to say "You have booked" with no information behind it.

4. When making a booking through the system, there is no way to see the total amount of the booking until AFTER you enter their information. The number one and two questions asked when someone calls, "Do you have availability?" "How much is it?". Do I have to ask them their entire booking information, email, phone, ect, just to give them a quote. Serious waste of time.

5. Once you enter a guests name, you can't change it. I mis heard a person checking in the other day and spelled his name wrong. For the duration of his stay staff was referring to him by the wrong name. No way to edit. Very frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've heard of loventis and BananaDesk working with MyAllocator but are there any other options?
