Anyone else having trouble with MyAllocator?

As a software developer who has developed a property management system with Myallocator integration i had to realize the hard changes (as an euphemism for "big trouble") which followed last autumn after the scotish inventors of MyAllocator had sold their business and therefor i am convinced that the new owners made a big mistake by dropping the most important part of the original technology which is the ability to allocate your beds on all OTAs you are connected to automatically.
This is and was the main purpose of a channel manager and they did that really well and this is what founded their success.

Instead they are now focusing on delivering the bookings coming from the OTAs to you, which is a technically very challenging task and obviously hasn't been resolved properly and convincing yet. Apart from the promised automatization there are other drawbacks, as it is no longer you as a hostel manager who makes the decisions about which guest gets into which room and bed, but the software doing this automagically.
The OTAs are sending you the bookings anyway by eMail, so it is not even a real big advantage to get this done by magic.

It would be great if they (the new Myallocator owners) would re-adjust the focus on the most important part of a channel manager and make sure to do this part in a technically convincing way, as soon as possible. Their official Todo-list for technical developments in the background hasn't shortened since last december, instead it even seems to rise,

so it is really high time to focus on the main and most important part of a channel manager again, which is reliability and stability.
I am still waiting to be able to connect to them in this reliable way again.

We are having a few problems with MyA as well, though Adam the new owner has been very courteous with rapid replies but wit no direction to rectify one problem unique to our time zone.

1. We want to have guests be able to make a reservation online; not only for guest convenience and mobile reservations; but so that any time of the same day or the same night up to midnight of their
reservation a guest using a credit card to pay on check in can go to our web site and our booking button and make that reservation...precluding our frequent turn over staff from handling the guests'
credit cards. and shorten the check in process for our helper so that they can be getting that guests sheets, etc.

a.) We are in HST, Hawaiian Standard Time, and at 2pm (1400 hrs) the MyA software being in London and GMT, Greeenwich Mean Time, the MYA reservation booking button software thinks any
reservations trying to be made after 2pm HST is the next day already in London (GMT) and refuses to make the reservation. However this may be unique to HST, Hawaii, and not, say in Los Angeles
or in San Francisco who are both in PST, Pacific Standard Time.

Same Day 24 hour world wide reservations are made at hotels and airlines and so we hope some software can provide us this need.

2. In addition, regarding the MyA system,

a.) if a guest wants 2 beds in a dorm and only 1 bed is avail MyA by default tells the guest that that entire dorm is full.

b.) Also, if a guest wants 2 nights or 31 nights in an accommodation...and if any of of those nights are already occupied, MyA will by default of their system tell the guest that room or dorm is full...

c.) Instead of having a calendar that show what is...and what IS NOT avail...so that a guest can mix / match their accommodations and dates to have themselves be able to stay in the hostel their
entire time while they are on our island; MyA does not provide this.

3. We are looking into Easy-Booking a "front end" res system where the guest sees both a calendar and the accomms both available (and occupied) in order for a guest to do a mix and match reservation;
realizing once you are in a dorm bed you do not have to change beds during your entire stay.

4. Adam at MyA has informed us that there will be upgrades but does not allude to any specific ones that will be made. In the meantime we stress and lose $$$ to wait an unknown period of time.

5. We also use Loventis for our PMS, Property management System, and it is a very very good system and we do not want to leave it.

6. Does anyone know about (E-B) Easy-Booking's "booking button" system, which we believe is compatible with MyA and E-B appears to be able to list each bed in each dorm, which the MyA booking
button itself does not do.

7. Some booking buttons at least list how many bedd are still avail in a dorm, but MyA's booking button is an "all or nothing" set up, either they can fit your entire reservation in a single dorm or single
private room (ALL), or they do not show the dorm or single private room to be a available (NOTHING).

8. Also we are wondering not only if Easy-Booking's (EB) booking button has the ability to make same day online or or same day mobile res's in the HST time zone...would anyone know?

Or if we use EB's guest-to-view calendar and list of our accomms on the left of the calendar...will we be able to also use the OTA's (Hostelworld, booking.com, AirBnB, etc.) be able to list our hostel and channel our / their OTA reservations into MyA?

Sorry for the both cheeks mouth full of questions...any help is appreciated including other booking buttons, Channel Manager, and PMS systems. We have spent 28 months experimenting to no complete functional conclusion.
