I tried to inscribe my Hostel in Bookings.com, and one of the pictures that we sent was take from Google Maps (it was the Hostel, but from the street view, it was looking nice and sunny, much better than now that is winter and looks foggy).
So they marked my property as a fraud and said that we cannot work with them. How stupid!!!
Did this ever happened with someone else?

Are you sure, that the google maps screenshot was the only reason? Probably they didn't like something else. Try to find a direct contact of their representetives in your location and contact them. You can ask managers of other local hotel/hostels, who works with Booking, for this information.

SilverSeagull is right. It seems like there would be something else that raised their red flags. Finding out what it was and clearing it up should remove any barriers to getting listed.
If you can get a representative on the phone then your chances of having a logical discussion with a reasonable outcome are significantly higher than you'll have with any email interaction.

I managed it!
Just deleted the photos that apparently were "frauded" and they liberated my hostel to be there. 3 weeks late, but better later than never :)
