Brand New Hostel In Lagos looking for new Business partner

We are an Irish couple based in Lagos in the Algarve. We have a very exciting new project in the centre of the old town in Lagos. It is a 100 bed hostel which includes a rooftop swimming pool with fabulous views of Lagos and across the bay to Portimao, bar/cafe, retail outlet and laundry outlet.The construction is 50% complete.
We are looking for a new partner/investor who can get involved at this early stage.
