Speak Dutch, English, Spanish, German and French & Spanish and English (resp.)
Investment capability: around 100k$
3+ years experience in the country
10+ years experience in the industry & 2+ years (resp.)

Hostel Data:
2 Blocks from the beach, 400m2 terrain valued at 50k$
Between 5 and 10 luxurious rental rooms with amenities, divided in 2 to 4 person rooms and 'dorm(s)'.
Possibility to rent out for longer periods by including a.o. a kitchen (outside of busy season).
Laid back town, modern, many villas and a very nice broad beach.
With plenty of stores and some restaurants and a few smaller bars.
Very close to huge hot-spots, but far enough away not to be too bothered by them.
