Business partner to buy/lease or build a new hostel in Barcelona

Hello guys,

I am looking for people that would like to invest, open and run a hostel business in Barcelona before next season starts!

I have been working with tourism and hostelling for over 10 years now, and have had some great experience within the market and would like to find some real investors, partners, that would like to open or buy a hostel in Barcelona.
I have done my research in the market and i do have some options to open before the next high season (june/july 2014). There are nice properties on the market, to rent to turn into hostel, from big apartments to small buildings in different areas of Barcelona. And as i have been looking on the last weeks there are some hostels and B&B to sell and rent in Barcelona.
So if you are up to and would like to join let me know it! I am looking for serious people that would like to invest from 15 to 50 thousand euros and join a partnership of 2 or maximum 5 investors to open and run a hostel from 50 up to 150 beds!
I have a budget that goes up to 75000 euros myself and if is there any owners that would like to sell their hostels i woiuld love to hear it!
