Hello,

My business partner and I are starting a hostel in Nicaragua and we need one more partner/Investor with some capital to help us start the building process.

We are passionate about this business and we are so close to making this hostel a reality!
We have worked quite hard getting to where we are now, and we now need someone who is passionate like us, loves the hostel industry and is looking for the next big adventure.

We have done the following for the business so far.
1. Bought 1 acre of land
2. Registered the Business in Nicaragua
3. Architectural designs are complete and our local builder is on standby ready to build.
4. formed strategic business relationships in Nicaragua to help grow the business once it is built.
