Hi all,
i am 35 years old that have been working for the last 12 years as operation manager in high -technology companies.
i got sick and tired of this life style so i have quite my job and now getting ready for the change.
as a backpacker traveler i always wanted a place of my own- meeting good people around the world and have a more relaxed lifestyle.
I am very honest person and i search for the same partner minded.
i look to either go into an excising hostel as a partner or we can open together from scrap.
investment and work will be 50\50.
i prefer a warm place with beach life style and i am open to any new suggestions.
i will be ready to fly and start from January 2014.
i am not expecting to get rich (though i would not mind it ...) i just want a nice ,happy, comfortable non office life style.
I do bring extensive managing skills (i also hold a degree in industrial engineering) but i have to admit i have no marketing skills other than my genuine smile :-).

i have a similar story as you.
I quited my 2 years ago and started a amazing trip around the world.
Where do you want open you hostel ?
i would like to open an hostel in italy, but it is so much difficult, because the investiment is higher just for a person,
