Business partner/investor (Russia)

I am looking for a business partner or investor to start a hostel/B&B in Moscow, St.Petersburg and other regions in Russia (one at a a time). From my side, I can offer experience, business start up from zero to first customer, management. I do have a business and office (5 min walk from Red Square) operating in the tourism sector since 2008 and would like to expand to accommodation. I can also offer potential customers from my current business.
