Hey guys I am looking to buy a freehold hostel in Pattaya but as you know there are many hard laws in Thailand for foreigns and in case set up a limited company
have to work at least 4 employers with you and this coasts monthly at least 300 dollars per person. I need your advices if you got better ideas than I have about
ignoring the fuking Thai laws.

Hello Bay... I am aware of this bullshit laws that is the most difficult part of business in Thailand... Leasing is much easier but as you know hostel and guesthouse booking prices are low and in case leasing returning back the money not that easy.. Thtas why im more into a freehold place.. Some says its a risk... I am open new ideas feel free to share your experiences and ideas.. Regards

1. I have the plan to set up my company on next month in Bangkok and let you join and I will ask a lawyer to do some stupid document to pretend you work here. But are you sure you want to freehold in Pattaya area... I do not recommend because It's too much mafia in that's area.
2. Find the girl in Thailand and marry here ( I can find some girl here cost around $200-300 to make marred paper and you just put the money to bank account around 400,000 ฺBaht

what bugs me in Thailand. there are many adds to lease and take the property. half of them do not reply.. and if u put all on the paper there is no space to make money.

Bay, can u find under 20 000 bath rent house with the furniture? at least 10 beds in it. i find the girl and take lease and guest house licens on her neme? how much money will i need? and the last question is wp or student visa. prices
