Couple looking to buy/invest in Hostel on the Mediterranean

We are a couple from Australia and Austria looking for a swift career change, bored of working the 9-5 ! We have much hospitality experience all over the world for the last 10yrs, but none of which was gained in a hostel environment. We have money available to make an investment in a new or existing hostel, and looking at some partner to invest with somewhere on the coast on the mediterranean, who has some good idea and knowledge also with the industry.

Hi guys,
I am a 29 years old guy from Antalya city in Turkey. Antalya is located on the med coast and getting more populer recently.
I am MA graduate from European Studies from Uni of Hamburg and Akdeniz and previously studied tourism for about 8 years both in Turkey and in Europe.

Now what I would like to do is to (co-)manage a hostel in Antalya as I am interested on working in a multicultural environment and doing my own business as well.

I have some work experience in tourism, I have some local contacts here in Antalya, I can speak English, German, Spanish. My mother tongue is Turkish.

If you are interested in doing something in this area, we shall talk about it more if you like...
