Ethical Investor Wanted!

I am in the process of setting up a Hostel In Northern Ireland in a beautiful big Iconic building.The good news Is I have all the plans done but I don't have a penny! My plan is not the norm I want to open a Hostel that is run purely to help very needy causes either locally or

internationally.One project at the moment in Malawi is in terrible need. Mothers are having to abandon their children due to crop failure and in the hope that christian agency's will collect them and feed them.

I need 92k to fit out this building to the highest standard but I can repay all the money with interest in say 4 years or sooner!

I am looking for an Investor who likes the idea of helping others less fortunate than ourselves and is happy to invest with a smile!

I am told the best way is a Charitable Trust run on a not for profit business model.

If anyone is interested then I can give more detail of location,size of hostel, and expected returns.

Please understand I still want to win an Hoscar award for excellence with this new hostel and give great service and value!

Anyone out there with deep pockets and a heart the size of a mountain?
