Front Desk Procedure Manuals for Hostels

I started a Wiki page with ideas for hostel front desk manuals:

Every hostel is different, so the Wiki page is just intended to be a general list of ideas about things a hostel might want to mention when writing a front desk manual. Feel free to add ideas to the page and/or rearrange information there. It's just a rough draft at the moment.

I wrote two front desk manuals in the past for hostels that didn't have them. I found that having a front desk manual can be really useful for speeding up training and cutting down on the number of times the front desk called me at 3am... :)
