Owner of two successful hostels in Taganga Colombia, I am looking for a partner in a bar-club (small-sized discotheque) located in the highly touristic area of Taganga (Santa Marta) on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. The club is placed in one of Divanga Hostels: Republika Divanga, also legally registered as a Social Club that allows us to keep open all night for after party. The bar-club is focused in electronic music (House, Deep House, Tech House…) but we play also crossover Latin music. The setting is well organized, equipped with sound system and represents a total capacity of 120 customers. The two hostels offer a high potential of customers with more than 80% occupation rates yearly average.

The profile of the partner must be of a responsible person, willing to assume the role of manager, with availability to work at night, excellent skills in English, charisma, love of electronic music and wanted to launch a business from the start, with knowledge in marketing and advertising strategies for recognition and positioning of the business.
