Hostel in The Alps

Hello all, Im looking for peoples thoughts, interests, advice, and ambitions in starting a new hostel in Europe. Even if you are a current owner and not looking for a new project, any advice would be appreciated.
Being a well rounded world traveller and like most of us on here that have found a love and need for good hostels, I too would also like to start a new hostel of my own. Iam interested in The Alps region, preferably in a major town which attracts guests for most part of the year, not a small ski town if thats what your thinking. The country is not decided on, but looking into Austria in Tirol, as thats where I have mainly been based, but also possibly would like to include looking at areas of Italy, or Switzerland. There doesnt seem to be a whole lot of good rated hostels in certain areas, if any, and that kind of has my attention.
If anyone is out there and has some like minded ideas or even knows of property suitable for a hostel, that is available for lease... or you too are looking to start a new hostel and looking for a partner, it would be good to hear from you.
