Hostel chain expansion in Colombia

French business administrator is looking for business partner in order to develop a chain of hostels on the Caribbean coast. The project is born in Taganga Santa Marta, Colombia. See www.divanga.com
I currently own a recognized Bed and Breakfast: Divanga B&B created 10 years ago and a hostel: Republika Divanga created 8 years ago both in Taganga. I would like to find business partners to open new Divanga Hostels on the Caribbean coast as in Minca, Cartagena…which could be successful as soon as open thanks to Divanga’s reputation and 10 years’ experience of management in Colombia as well as customer service.
The profile for partner should be investor/professional in hospitality management able to manage a hostel, bar and restaurant or investor/business administrator focused on marketing, strategy of development and finance interested in hospitality management.
The beginning of the chain could start the project on Caribbean coast of Colombia and generate the opening of other destinations.
Level of initial investment must include properties purchase and improvements necessary in Colombia to ensure the business.
We can expect a good return on investment.
