I have completed 85% of a Colombian country side Guest House / Bed & Breakfast, located at just 15 minutes from 83rd St and 7th Ave (5 Blocks away from the Pink Zone), behind the mountains of Bogotá, (one of the top valorization spots of nearby Bogotá). Five independent Spanish like constructions within a 5.400 square foot lot with 6 parking spaces and totally fenced. Two water tanks (8.000 and 1.000 Lts). Each cabin is independent and surrounded by carefully pick regional flowers, inviting colorful humming birds for a quick visit.
Main Cabin: is a 394 square feet private cabin with terraces, is where everybody meets, breakfast or diner served. 1st floor: Main dining room with close and open terraces, living room with fire place, cable TV, DVD and stereo; kitchen, bathroom and BBQ zone. 2nd floor: 2 rooms one bath and relax balcony with beautiful views of San Rafael´s damn.
Bluebird Cabin: is a 148 square feet totally independent and secured cabin with lodge capacity of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, cable TV, sound system, chimney, outside covered porch with dining table, Jacuzzi, private bath with hot water and a large closet.
Greenpine Cabin: is a 148 square feet 8 males dorm totally independent and secured cabin, It has a small kitchen, double chimney, bathroom with hot water and a closet.
Redwood Cabin: is a 148 square feet 8 females dorm totally independent and secured cabin, It has a small kitchen, double chimney, bathroom with hot water and a closet.
Office: 92 square feet totally independent and secured cabin, 1 bathroom with hot water.
Laundry place: 50 square feet covered laundry place with a rain water tank and installations for up to 3 laundry machines.
A fresh and hot cup of Colombia coffee becomes a silent companion as the sun arises in a clear pink awakening over a deep blue sky. A huge palette of greens, usually collide within a soft carpet running down the mountains to die over San Rafael´s damn. Here the magic influence of millenarian moons welcomes all travelers.
Public transport from 6:00AM to 10:00PM and food market.
