Hostel Owners in Central Vietnam?

I've been living in Vietnam for nearly three years now and looking very seriously at opening a Hostel in Central Vietnam.  If there are any Hostel Owners in that area I would love to chat, possibly meet up and ask some questions.  I would be happy to buy you lunch or a beer and possibly do some business together or just help one another out bouncing ideas around.

I would love to hear your story including successes and challenges.
