Hostel In Spanish beach location

Im looking for a bussines partner to set and open a hostel in Spain, Im thinking about the Canarias but Im open for other beach locations,thinking about investing 20.000 euros each, could meet potencial partners in april/may 2016 in Spain, do not hesitate in contacting me
