At the place I am currently working for we are planning a new website.
The old website has its own booking engine through secure-res which we will continue to have in the new website.
We are also listed with HostelBookers and HostelWorld as well as Expedia. It has come to my attention (through previous posts on this forum) that we can set up a link between our home website and HostelWorld and/or HostelBookers, and perhaps even Expedia
My questions is, is it possible for us to put all three different channel links on my home website?

Do you mean three different ways to book from your own website? (Hostelbookers, Hostelworld, Expedia)
I would pick the one with the best (usability, price) service and just use one.

One booking engine is better than linking to all the agent sites that you have given allocation to. Many guests search more than one agent to do availability and price comparisons. If they see differences their confidence to book with your hostel is reduced.
But there are more things to consider than that. How about being able to list your rooms and beds for sale under more than one option? EG. Why list a room with a Double Bed and a Single bed as just a Double bed room when you can list in on your website for sale as a SINGLE, TWIN, DOUBLE, TRIPLE, or FAMILY ROOM.
