We are opening a ski lodge end of this year and are researching on options for booking systems and management systems.
Can anyone recommend anything?
For some scope - we will be a small lodge only operating seasonally (4/5 months of the year).
We have 10 rooms with 20-25 people occupancy.
We will not require an auto booking direct from the webiste. We will be using a form (old school!) and instant bookings only through other providers.
We basically just want a (free or very cheap) calander booking system that will store our guest details and organise the dates.
We dont want monthly subscriptions and prefer an off line system for Mac.
Basically just a calander booking/tracking system I guess? We want to manually imput the bookings into the system as they come in.
Any recommendations on what we can use?
We could build our own and use Xcel as we have so few rooms but it would be nice to have something better to ensure accurace no over booking etc.
