I'm thinking the possibility of introducing a solid PMS with a proper POS to make auditing easier.
After reviewing many cloud solutions, they don't really seem to meet my needs. So I'm thinking about going for a real solution from some reputed suppliers.
If it's possible, I will appreciate a lot anyone to share how much you spend on your system? How many beds do you have? How do you think about your existing solution?

Without throwing any specific numbers into the mix, an industry study suggests that an accommodation business should be investing 5% of total revenue in IT.
Now, this covers all aspects of IT which does include your PMS or Hostel Management System. A further guide currently suggests that around about 15-17% of your IT budget should be allocated to investing in your hostel PMS.
Now, whilst these figures stack up from the North American Hotel business and are between 5 star and budget levels - they marry up closely to what we would expect to see in the backpacker and hostel industry too.
