Nice job on the video! All three properties look really nice. The game room looks particularly appealing!
Do you guys always fold your towels into swans, or was that just for the video? It would certainly make a great first impression when your guests walk into their rooms.

One of our housekeepers does them, swans and butterflies. She's very creative.
If she has time she goes into the unoccupied rooms and shapes the towels.
The games room is pretty big, I'm planning on getting some local bands in every two weeks to jam for guests.
Any ideas how we can make the games room more inviting?

Bringing in live bands is good idea to make people want to spend time there. I don’t know if you would have too many gusts to organize a formal pool event around one table, but maybe your receptionists could challenge guests to a 1-on-1 game when checking them in? (Don’t actually play with them during check-in, but later in the day/evening once they’re settled) That way the guests would have a personal reason to want to hang out there. Also, throwing out a bowl of free snacks will always attract people. Pretzels are cheap and people will gather around the bowl to nibble on them. (Added bonus: then they get thirsty and buy drinks)
