Investor needed for a hostel holding company

Hello All!! My name is Adam S. Malys. I have been the manager at the Leadville Hostel & Inn in Leadville, Colorado for 5 years. I am currently taking over ownership of the hostel on January 1, 2010. I have been working with a gentleman who owns a number of hostels on the East Coast, to take over ownership of two of his hostels and perhaps become a managing partner on his other hostels. What I am looking for is investment to acquire the 2 hostels and perhaps more investment to acquire 50% of the other hostels. Now, I am not looking for an investor and worker. I have trusted people already lined up to put in place as management of the facilities. I will oversee the daily operations of all hostels so said investor will not have to do anything but invest. I have a plan that interested parties can go over to see the pertinent details of all hostels as well as cash flow and projections. All hostels have been in operation for 2 - 10 years and all have a decent cash flow with much room to improve.
