principle, all the financials ready for inspection, ALL I NEED IS THE MONEY!!!
I need 45k but I will pay a return of 6% pa over 5 years. I have hotel/hostel business marketing background and I think this
project is perfect for the right person.

Road block!
I thank you for your positive response Brian but nowadays 45k is hard to get especially with the banks recent activities.
The project in my view is an excellent opportunity and I would even expect money returned within a year with good interest paid!
The historic city location,and the building itself is a beautiful victorian 10 bed residence (with great expansion availability).
The business model is unique in my opinion - a 5 star hostel offering two main things
1. Power showers
2. Ironed white egyptian cotton sheets with fresh white Duvets. most rooms are private.
I want no contact any bank as I just think they are thieves in suits!

Just wondering how you got on, noticed you were in the UK and curiosity got the better of me. Hope you got funded in the end.
