Investors for hostel in Portland, Oregon-America's thriving youth travel destination

After traveling and living/working in hostels and the hospitality business for the past 10 years, I am back home in the awesome city of Portland, Oregon. There is a dire need for more unique, clean, and fun hostels here on the west coast, especially in Portland, a growing tourist destination and the microbrewery capital of the world. My business partner and I currently have a small amount of capital, but are looking for an investor who also wants a creative hand in the hostel project. Ideally, you would be interested in real estate investing for the long-term, as obviously our hostel is not a mobile business!
