Japanese partner to start a small minimalist eco-hostel in Fukuoka, Japan

My girlfriend and I are looking for a Japanese partner to start a minimalist ecohostel in Fukuoka. We have experience running hostels and we know Japan very well. Currently living in China but willing to move to Japan in 2020 to start to work on it. Our idea is also to create a meeting point for cultural and artistic events: Spanish culture events, exhibitions, cooking lessons, meditation and yoga lessons,etc.
